With extensive research and experience in Asia, Europe and North America; American Greenz was established in 2009 in State of North Carolina.


American Greenz Inc., as the name suggests, is an Americas Green Technology firm with involvement in multiple green projects such as Electronics Recycling, Biomass Energy Production, Renewable Energy Solutions and Sustainable Solutions and Consulting.

Mehul Patel (Max)


Max steers company's profits and striving for optimum outcomes without compromising quality of service or standards. Developing and maintaining business relationships with a wide range of agencies, organizations and government within the public and private sector as well as people from multicultural backgrounds. Max also provides senior management services in best interest of his           own and other organizations in the US, UK, India and other countries.

Target to develop the company into Recycling and Energy solutions in the North Carolina and regional markets while establishing a reputation for quality and timeliness. Secure and maintain funding levels. Also responsible for budgeting forecasting. Optimized purchasing, subcontract and recycling service processes. Make or edit existing monitoring, reporting and company policies and procedures within project management controls perimeters. Provide effective leadership. staff development and management training throughout the team

Bob Holden

Recycling Specialist

Bob brings 30 years experience managing solid waste programs in both the public and private sectors. His extensive logistical experience allows him to effectively manage collections while providing high quality customer service. Waste reduction activities, problem solving and community development programs continue to be Bob’s focus. Developing healthy relationships with our partners gives American Greenz the ability to understand their needs and successfully achieve desired outcomes.

Several years as a senior administrator in municipal government. Specific experience includes government, budget development, financial planning and policy writing. Several years of experience managing the Solid Waste Division for the Town of Cary - working with State agencies, local, state and federal governmental entities, community organizations, private businesses, and other cities/counties throughout North Carolina. He is a self starter and team player who is very interested in making a difference through his work ethics.

Ankit Patel

Team Member

Mr. Patel has been involved in the entertainment, hospitality and retail gas station (C-Stores) business for over 20 years. He began his career at the age of 13 in the family business of acquiring and running C-Stores through out the state of Georgia. The Family eventually expanded to 9 C-Stores with Mr. Patel managing the distribution activities of fuel before moving on to servicing the interior goods for all the C-Stores. Mr. Patel spun off the distribution to a full time endeavor which eventually involved supplying over 1,100 other C-Stores throughout the Southeast. 

At the age of 22 he started a publishing company called The Listeners Music Group LLC. The Listeners Music Group provided industry experience and talent management acumen. They collaborated with local promoters for marketing and ticket sales to local events. Mr. Patel has also operated as an independent consultant for the las 8 years. He successfully acted as an investor and consultant with a biotech firm, BARD Holding Inc.. He raised over $11 million in private equity funding within 2 years along with building a consortium of other biotech companies and universities for the advancement of his client’s objectives. As a hands on investor he ran the plant handling the growth and distribution of green algae products specializing in bio-fuels.

As the president of New Horizon Management his attention has been on helping the hospitality industry. The COVID-19 pandemic has devastated this industry tremendously leaving many property owners in distress. Mr. Patel advises current property owners on property development and current inventory sales.

Bobby Taylor

Team Member

Mr. Taylor earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics in 1987 with an emphasis in mathematical analysis. While at The University of Wisconsin he was also a 3-year letter winner as a member of the football team. His first job was with First Investors, a Wall Street Investment Banking firm in their Atlanta office. After completing his one year contract there Mr. Taylor Joined ITT Finance and quickly became one of its youngest branch managers in country at the age of 24.

After four years with ITT Finance Mr. Taylor left the company to open his own mortgage brokerage firm, Atlas Home Mortgage. For the next 14 years Mr. Taylor financed the American dream for thousands of new home owners. During this time, he also financed many new and established businesses, helping them gain access to capital from traditional and non-traditional sources. In 2005 Mr. Taylor started a private business development and consulting firm. The focus of the firm was to help small to medium size businesses gain access to high level consultation that would give the company the tools it needed to grow.

It was during this time Mr. Taylor got involved in the film industry by buying a 12 screen movie theatre in Forrest Park, GA. It was a closed theatre that he and his team bought, then renovated in 2005 to become one of the early pioneers of dine in theatres. The theatre was renovated to have all stadium seating, flat screen TV ordering boards, a theatre sized game room/entertainment center and more.

Mr. Taylor developed several film funding relationships in New York that authorized him to pre-underwrite film funding deals for their various banks.

Mr. Taylor served on the Business Advisory Board for the National Conference of Black Mayors where he focused on economic development for its member cities.

He is currently the President and CEO of The Badger Group, a business development company that specializes in corporate business development, municipal economic development and strategic business alliances.

Mr. Taylor has worked with municipal development authorities around the country. The Badger Group is currently developing Veterans Village of America: Robins View in Warner Robins Georgia. A $200 million mixed use project that focuses on the continuum of care for military veterans and their families. Mr. Taylor obtained his Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a certification in Corporate Financial Analysis in 2011 from the Keller Graduate School of Business. He has held several professional licenses to include Life, Property and Health, Securities Series 6 and 63.

A)  Ewaste Collection

Collection Bins / Boxes / Pods and placed at various locations across the state for easy convenience of electronics drop-offs by citizens, businesses, schools, colleges, etc. Once enough material is collected it is then hauled back to the electronics recycling facility for processing.

B) Sorting / Dismantling / Segregation

Once the collected electronics are received at the recycling facility; first, it is segregated into various categories based on the type of material.

Home Appliance       IT Equipment      Consumer Goods

Based on the type of material sorted it is then sent forward for dismantling where the material is dismantled for the recovery of materials. Once dismantled these materials are sorted based on their material type and value. The following are segregated after dismantling.

  • Metals (Steel, Aluminum, Copper Etc)
  • Plastics
  • Wires / Cables
  • Circuit Boards
  • Batteries

C) Material Downstreaming and Reuse

For all the material recovered during the above-mentioned process, it is sent to authorized downstream vendors for either reuse (metals, plastics, etc), further processing(Circuit Boards, Batteries, etc) or Reuse (Computers, LCD Screens, Mobile Phones Etc)
